Description: Join Ad Idem on September 18 for a CLE Webinar, “When in a Street Fight: Strategies for Recognizing & Outmaneuvering the Rambo Litigator”. In this session, our panel of seasoned practitioners will share experiences and strategies for managing an opposing counsel that uses “Rambo” style litigation tactics. We will cover what to look out for through all stages of litigation, and share practical strategies for communicating with Rambo litigators, responding to repeated sanctions motions, shielding the client from attacks, and best practices for training younger attorneys in scorched Earth litigation.
