Description: Join Ad Idem on September 10 for a CLE presentation, “Protecting IP in China”, with a specific focus on patent litigation. This program will include an overview of how patent litigation and patent enforcement works under Chinese law, including the rules of evidence, damages, injunctive relief, and timeline. Our panelists will also discuss pitfalls foreign entities may encounter trying to enforce rights in China, and how companies can achieve certain business goals under the Chinese legal system.
