Description:   Please join Ad Idem on January 14 for a CLE Webinar, “Juror Perceptions of Corporations”. Our speakers, including a jury consultant, in-house litigation leaders at Ford, GM, and Teva Pharmaceuticals, and two first-chair trial attorneys, will discuss juror perceptions of corporations in venues across the United States, and strategies for managing these perceptions in the current environment. Our program will also include a discussion of “safety-ism” and Americans’ changing perception of, and tolerance for, risk. We will also offer concrete steps that in-house counsel can take to set up the company and company witnesses for success, and how outside counsel can reduce the impact of “safety-ism” in jury trials.
