In this program, our speakers will cover how today’s evolving landscape has contributed to new threats for trade secret misappropriation. We will cover insider threats, third-party risks and contract loopholes that can lead to trade secret misappropriation. We will discuss risks that come up in meetings between manufacturers and suppliers, and in meetings between companies regarding a potential acquisition, joint venture or licensing arrangement, especially when it is difficult to define who owns the IP. We will also cover the use of AI, and the risk of developers inadvertently sharing data while leveraging Generative AI tools in product development. Finally, our speakers will be providing practical tips on mitigating these risks, including by enhancing NDAs, company policies and trainings.
